This property can be rented as either 4 bedrooms or the full 6 bedrooms. The Twin beds can be made into a single King bed upon request.
Other Things to Note:
-Power is metered and $500 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any power overages are charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.
-Complimentary midweek housekeeping service included for weekly stays.
-Guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check in.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
This property has a 30 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive full refunds of deposits paid*. If a reservation is cancelled less then 30 days prior to arrival, no refund can be issued.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover all aspects of their trip.
*Christmas and New Year’s bookings are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for any cancellation of a Christmas or New Year's reservation.
