As you step through the glass doors into the villa, you’ll be surrounded by beautifully cut native limestone feature walls, custom designed mahogany woodwork, and an eye-catching vaulted ceiling all expertly crafted by TC Millwork.
The open-plan living and dining areas blend seamlessly with the kitchen to create an airy space that leads through bi-fold glass doors onto the pool patio. Shady palms surround the private pool. The waterfront gazebo offers a comfortable place to relax and is the perfect spot to feel the cool breeze and hear the soft sounds of the water.
Grab the kayak or paddle board and glide out onto the quiet canal. Take some time to explore Leeward's interior canal system. Look down into the clear water and you'll surely see a turtle or two!
The villa features two master bedrooms with views of the pool. Each bedroom has a spacious en-suite bathroom with floating dual sink vanity and walk-in shower with dual rain shower heads. One master bedroom offers a private and enclosed outdoor shower and tub, while the other has a private and enclosed outdoor shower. At the front of the villa are two queen bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with walk in showers with rain shower heads.
All four bedrooms, and the entire villa, benefit from ceiling fans and central air-conditioning throughout. Don’t worry about staying connected and entertained. There’s fast Wi-Fi, a 65-inch flat screen television and indoor and outdoor sound system.
The kitchen features integrated GE Monogram appliances, white quartz countertops, and everything needed to create anything from a simple breakfast to a full course private chef dinner.
When you decide to venture out, the rest of the island with its scenic and historic interests are within a short drive. The spectacular Leeward Beach is just 4-minutes away, while the famous Grace Bay Beach and main tourism district is 7-minutes by car. In 20 minutes, you could be at the stunning in-land lagoon at Chalk Sound National Park. At the end of your stay, it only takes 18 minutes to return to the Providenciales International Airport.
Other Things to Note:
- Electricity is metered and $200 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any electricity overage is charged at the current market utility rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.
- Complimentary midweek housekeeping service included for weekly stays.
- Guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check in.
- The villa has (1) kayak and (1) stand up paddle board.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
This property has a 30 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive full refunds of deposits paid*. If a reservation is cancelled less then 30 days prior to arrival, no refund can be issued.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover all aspects of their trip.
*Christmas and New Year’s bookings are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for any cancellation of a Christmas or New Year's reservation.
