The two bedrooms and upstairs loft comfortably sleep 5 guests with each bedroom offering air conditioning for guest comfort.
Beyond the villa enjoy the ease of a 2 minute walk to Taylor Bay Beach and the nearby Sunset Bay Tennis Courts which are perfect for both active days and peaceful moments by the shore.
The area has a private security patrol at night which ensures peace of mind while guests enjoy the serene neighborhood of Sunset Bay.
Additional amenities include a water cooler, washer and dryer, gas grill, and WIFI to keep you connected. -This is a duplex and the owner lives on property.
-Guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check in.
-Complimentary midweek cleaning for 7 nights or more reservations.
-Air conditioning is metered separately and $100 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any power overages are charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
This property has a 30 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive full refunds of deposits paid*. If a reservation is cancelled less then 30 days prior to arrival, no refund can be issued.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover all aspects of their trip.
*Christmas and New Year’s bookings are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for any cancellation of a Christmas or New Year's reservation.
