Pool Information: The depth of the pool is from 3ft to 7ft. The dimensions of the pool are 36.3ft x 7.5ft. There is no lifeguard on duty.

-Air conditioning is metered separately and any use is charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.
-Complimentary midweek housekeeping service included for weekly stays.
-Guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check in.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
The cancellation policy states that a fee of 20% of the value of the reservation will be deducted from the deposit for administration fee, if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival. There will be no refunds after this time. Christmas and New Year’s bookings are non-refundable.
