Sapodilla Bay Beach is just steps away through your own private gated entrance or for your own access to the calm waters, take the private stone steps into the ocean directly in front of La Koubba. Here you will also find kayaks and paddleboards for your use.
At sunset enjoy the orange skies whilst sitting at the firepit under the pergola, perfectly positioned to allow a panoramic ocean view.
La Koubba can be rented as a 6- or 7-bedroom property. The 6-bedroom option only includes the main house. For the 7-bedroom option, the guest house is included.
Please note that we do not rent the guest house separately. When renting the 6-bedroom option, there will be no other guests on the property.

- The villa is situated on Sapodilla Bay Beach, here you can enjoy the soft white sand, rent jet-skis and do water sports. Adjacent to the beach you will also find Sapodilla Bay Hill Rock Carvings
- The shallow calm waters of Taylor Bay Beach are a few minutes’ drive away
- Chalk Sound National Park is just around the corner. The nearest access is at Las Brisas restaurant, where you can also rent kayaks and paddleboards to take on the natural lagoon. Las Brisas benefits from views across the national park and has an extensive menu
- Caicos Mart gas station is a one-minute drive where you can purchase basic essentials
- The nearest supermarket is Graceway Smart, approximately a 15 minutes’ drive away

- The depth of the pool is from 3ft to 5.5ft. The dimensions of the pool are 19.7ft x 10.8ft. There is no lifeguard on duty
- The property is gated and has a security alarm system. It also benefits from exterior security cameras
- Complimentary midweek housekeeping service included for weekly stays
- Guest concierge services are available
- Air-conditioning is metered separately and usage is charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax
- Guests are required to sign a liability waiver prior to check in

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
This property has a 30 day cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive full refunds of deposits paid*. If a reservation is cancelled less then 30 days prior to arrival, no refund can be issued.
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover all aspects of their trip.
*Christmas and New Year’s bookings are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for any cancellation of a Christmas or New Year's reservation.
